I glossed over this earlier, but I feel it's important enough to come back to:

In response to how the Star Wars trilogy not being released on DVD, GL is doing that just to make more and more money.

Please explain how Lucas is making more and more money by not releasing the original trilogy on DVD.

I've seen the Original Trilogy out there as a bootleg DVD set for some time.  This weekend, I was definitely tempted to buy theatrical versions of the OT as a set for $50.  So, here are the questions:

-Are you for or against bootlegging in general?

-Do you have the Original Trilogy as bootleg DVD's?

-If you did, what did you pay?

-Did you get the Special Edition, or the Theatrical Releases?

And lastly, how long do you think it will be until the original trilogy comes out on DVD?

I am against bootlegging IF the item is available at Retail.  This is a question of somebody doing a Media Transfer...

Yes I do have the OT on DvD

I got it on Ebay for about $49 plus shipping

I THOUGHT I bought the NON-SE but I got the SE, I was under the impression the stuff was IN the US too, but it showed up from the Far East....

It will be too long before the OT is on a General Release DVD...

And as far as DVD features go, mine is in a whole 10-12 chapters not exactly the easiest to just JUMP to your favorite scene...And it won't play in my PS2, my Mini-DVD Player or my Laptop....only the regular DVD player.
