Yah, I think is going to be very tight. We will probably have to be standing there all day long outside the booth. I'll draw up a booth layout in visio. Please let me know if that looks anywhere near feasible.

The other thing to keep in mind, there is a chance that we'll have an "inside" booth, that is one in between two other booths.  That means that the only place we could possibly stand is in front (or potentially behind).  I think this part needs to be very carefully planned.

We'll need tiny flags, on spikes. We'll just annex other booths as we go. Claiming them in the name of the UGP ;)

Seriously tho, how are we doing? Any chats coming up? New info? Decisions? etc?

I'm going to bet the hall set up matches the one at C3, so I wouldn't count on being stuck between tables, but you're right Brent that it's something to have a contingency plan in place...  What I'd do if I may suggest it, have some painted scenic backgrounds to hang behind the diorama, and have extras incase you've got 3 walls behind you instead of just 2.

For FFURG's booth, everyone had a corner...  So you had 2 open spaces and 2 "walls" behind your area.

Just a thought you guys can consider for either format...  I'd doubt you are between 2 other tables, but one never knows.
