Scroll down and you see where bathingxchimp's solitary feedback comes from and it would seem he was unable to pay for that item he won.  Oops. Nothing like giving yourself feedback, I suppose, and positive at that, even when you can't pay ::)  (sorry, on closer inspection it's not the only feedback, but it is the difference between being a net zero and having one positive feedback).

Odd too that bathingxchimp didn't bid on this item.  It seems like something they'd have been dying to own ;)

edit: ah, I see, they bid on some cheaper items along the same line near the bottom of the feedback.  Well, that's reasonable.  Pity they never win, that must be so disappointing.

And the one he did win and "couldn't pay for" was a whopping $16.50. I'm sure the guy who came in second got a "second chance offer" and felt oh-so-lucky.

Remember: just because we move in flocks, baaa at everything, and are targets for potential fleecing doesn't mean we should sit still when the shears start or the wolf comes sniffing around.

If ebay doesn't pull this guy, I will contact the winners of his previous auctions to alert them to the bidding histories on their auctions as well as the others. Ebay will soon be deluged with complaints. All of these winners should be entitled to a fraud refund for the difference on the final price as if "bathing chimp" hadn't entered a bid.

That's a good idea, I'd be willing to help contact some folks as well.

Unreal. I just emailed eBay about this auction too. They aren`t even trying to be sneaky about it for God`s sake!

little OT, but I`m glad I got this when I did:

Just got one (Batman Begins Set) from Simon this week for 65 total shipped from Japan.  Very fair at this late juncture IMO.

Well, at 9:00 last night they still hadn't pulled the auction. I emailed the other bidders to let them know what his bidding histories looked like on his other auctions. I can't access ebay from my work computer, so I can't check to see who won or what it went for-

Does any one know where I can find a list of what Kubricks were released in each wave, and #'s for a case?

The problem with America is stupidity I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself

Has anyone seen the new Star Wars Insider, its got a picture of Series 6 with chase figures. The ones pictured are TArkin, Tie Fighter PIlot, Luke (X-Wing) Wedge, Death Star Commander, Rebel Fleet Trooper, R4-M9, RA-7, and Imperial Commander. Very cool. Was hoping for a Royal Guard somewhere though.

REALLY!??
Any way to get it scanned? I don`t get to see the insider very often. This is a first, I don`t
ever remember the chase figs being announced or shown so early.
