the way some of the retards on ebay have been bidding, theres no telling. most of the time all i see is pure stupidity on the buyers part.  if they would quit paying insane amounts, buyers wouldn't try getting that much money.  economics suck.

More than anything Medicom needs to make a Droids version of C-3PO  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I don't know why the fork they haven't made one yet to complete the Droids cardback set.
they've got the molds for C-3PO and the artwork for the cardback is already done if I'm not mistaken (same as R2-D2, just like the vintage line) so why don't they make one in Droids colors already? I always thought the vintage 3 3/4" one looked better in the "cartoon" colors than he did in the played out vac metal.

I like the way you think - they'd be a great duo to have side by side.   8)  (Of course, I doubt I'll ever be able to afford the carded Kubricks, but that's beside the point).

I've been foolishly mortally wounding several of my weekly paychecks on carded Kubricks (and suffering for it at the end of each month when I'm broke as a hobo  :'()

If they do a Droids 3P0, it would force me to get the R2 along with it.
I just snagged a Fett (right Simon? hehe). Been looking for one to open
for awhile now, mwhahahaha!
Damn kubricks!

PS. Welcome Waffen! <<I`m Mayday over on RS..>>

thanks for the welcome wagon.

Maybe that fella that did those nice Kustom Kubricks a few threads back can make a Droids C-3PO in cartoon colors... that'd be pretty rad.

I think he could do a great job on a droids 3P0, his stuff is super nice.
Maybe PM him and ask if you have a spare 3P0 lying around.

Got a slip in my mailbox today fellas, I think my blue snaggy is here!  ;D ;D

I can definitely do a card for a Droids 3PO but probably not until Jan/Feb.  I'm up to my eyeballs in my master's degree and Series 5.  I'll put it on the roster.  Great idea.

*finally unlurks*

Wellllllll ... I guess I'm no longer a "Kuby virgin" so to speak. I have Jeff to thank (blame? ;)) for hooking me up with the adorable l'il Yoda from the latest series.

But I assure you all this is not going to be the start of anything crazy, so nobody get any ideas about your new convert. :P *waves stick to ward off hordes of Kuby-mad Canadians*

Still holding out for the eventual prequel stuff, and then I'll load up on a few more (clone trooper, young Obi, etc.)....
