Still no word from HLJ, Robby, or Spanky that I am aware of though...

Yeah, it's not like it would get lost in the sheer volume of email from Robby or anything like that. :-X

Yeah, I've seen auctions like that, usually the words are there only to comply with Ebay policy and then they don't ship until they're in hand, some time down the road.  I bought a MR helmet on ebay that was supposed to ship in 30 days.  By the time MR got their crap together and the seller got it, it was a year later :-\

Excellent.  :)

Robby is saying (and charging for) 12 figures per box, so I guess that goes against the earlier info that Yakface forums guy had:

Robby.jp price ~ $70 per box plus the shipping/fees/taxes/customs/etc.

That price is in-line with Series 4/5/6/7 from Robby.  So, unless series 8 is magically 50% cheaper than the previous ones, they are indeed 12 figures per box and 4 boxes per master case.   :D

I'm new here but I'd be interested in buying a case of 12 out or the Mega order. Jesse James told me about the Kubrick section here when the Pittsburgh board was still up and running.

Hey Jeff, is Robby giving you any case ratios yet?  Just curious...  Since the other Yakface info wasn't correct, I was just wondering if the chases, etc are incorrect as well.

I've been silent so far.  Please put me down for 1 Master Case if possible.

Thanks!
Brent

No.  Typically, that info is not known until they start shipping from Medicom.

Also, I would take any chase info with a huge grain of salt at the moment.  Medicom is VERY stingey with that info and only once can I remember us knowing the chases before they shipped (Series 6, thanks to a leak via Star Wars Insider mag).

I have added both of you (and a few other folks) to the order...

Since this is my first master case purchase - question for you guys.

If Robby gets these for ~70/box of 12.  How much does a Master Case come up (taxes, customs, etc).  Are we looking in the $300, $325, or $350 ballpark (or more  :o ).
