I got the Series 1 Boba Fett Prototype with Red and Yellow gauntlets from Ebay for 102.00.   Was that a good deal? Also  this figure is different from the chase in Boba Fett set  right?

Well, you might want to double check that.  A very similar easier chase comes with the Fett series, and that should be more in the $40-50 range.   :-\  Hope you actually got the S1 chase - that is much more rare, though I wouldn't pay a lot for it now given how similar the new one is.

The gloves and boots are painted differently as well as the gun.

kenji over at RS posted this pic. The backpack is different, I am guessing that this is the rear of the "Prototype/Vintage Color" Fett with the green gun as we have seen the backs of the other Fett's.

Quite an interesting color scheme.

Weird. Where did this color scheme come from? I think for a little more variety, they should have had a chase use the Vintage 12" Fett color scheme.

Well the case of 12 for the Boba Fett Collection sucked ass today, no chases. I had to go to the PO today so this kinda makes up for it I guess. Sealed in the baggie with the TOMY sticker on the upper right back. :P

Yeah, try to work it out with the seller & if he does not help out then file a Paypal complaint as it was not as described. Was it shippind in a box or a bubble envelope?
