If he has over 500 feedback and the item was packed well, I don't think it makes sense to assume that he was just lying. At least contact him to give him a chance to make it right. I wouldn't just file a complaint with paypal right off the bat.

Datoys had some for 54.99 and like $2 shipping on ebay before, but I don't see any up there right now.

Nice work Dale.  I must say that I am thoroughly enjoying being a non-completeist these days.  I only own five 400% Kubs and have to decide on C-3PO.

I managed to nab the L-slot Fett in my box from NCS and got the common chase from Jay's pull yesterday.  Also picked up all but the Luke/Yoda from the last Mediacom box set via Dan AND a Shadow Trooper from him as well.  Thanks Guys!  Not a bad week in Kubrick Acquisitions!
