Here's the question:

"3.) The past Holiday Edition figure sets, such as R2 and 3PO, Yoda, the Jawas, and then Vader, were great. Since the Vader didn't seem to sell that well, and wasn't very well received by many collectors, is that why the line has been canceled? Just a personal note, just because the Vader didn't sell well doesn't mean people don't want these Christmas figs. Maybe if the Vader would have been the one shown on the card enclosed, you probably would have sold out. --phenix

ANSWER: We have not pursued one for '06 or '07 simply because we didn't really find any concepts we felt strongly enough about to pursue (one of the reasons we tried something different with the red Holiday Vader). however, there will be a holiday pack in '07, but it won't be Christmas. Hmmm!"

How about Valentine's Day?  A pink Vader giving the Emperor a box of chocolates.  :P

How about those chocolates to Padme's corpse. "I'm sorry I killed you!" as the card. :P

You've all got it wrong.  It's going to be a Life Day 5-pack with Chewie, Malla, Itchy, Lumpy and Art Carney!  ;D

If it were a Labor Day theme with Stormtroopers whipping a bunch of Ewoks or Wookiees then I'd buy 20.

I wonder if they are throwing out a hint (or red herring) with the Yoda-esque "Hmmm" at the end...

Just a thought.

I guess that could work although its not really a holiday, but what would they do? Vader with a birthday cake?

Perhaps. I like the stormies whipping ewoks idea still.  8)

maybe an all-american redwhiteandblue stormie holding a flag and bayonet for independence day.

That is a good guess/idea.

Maybe Darth will be giving Padme his "saber" in a box..

I'm hoping for a "May the Fourth Be With You" Battle Pack of a bunch of Stormtroopers re-enacting the flag-raising on Iwo Jima Suribachi, as seen here:
