TAC has been out for a less than a week and Obi-Wan and R2 are already peg warming. :P

I don't think any figure being on the pegs for just 1 week constitutes pegwarming.

Believe me, when figures hit here in my area, everybody starts hitting the stores and to have a brand new figure sit for more than a day, let alone several, it's pretty unusual.

Around here nothing peg-warms at first.  But a few weeks from now, most of this first wave will be sitting around.  Nothing says pegwarmer like a bunch of Artoos and Super Battle Droids.

Will this one stand on it's own without the legs bending?

I'll take it back if that's the case.  And I'll buy a few.

I never had a huge problem with the old SBD's.  Mine didn't fall over...  compared to the regular BD's.

The new SBD stands ok though, but with R2 on his shoulders I'm not so sure on that Rob.  It'd be a tough one.  Lot of weight on some thin legs.

He seems better balanced to me Rob and I think a sturdier plastic is being used.

He can go on the shoulders or the torso.  I've fit him over both.

I have ran across Mace,Obi,R2 from TAC, the R2 is "tempting" but not on my list of "must haves"  forgett Obi and Mace same reapcked figures from TSC and ROTS. There are to many "new" things coming out this year to waste my money on re paints and re packs. I bought ever single figure from the last two lines not this year.

Yeah, Mace is new and fantastic so don't pass him up...  Besides his skirt hindereing all movement of his legs, he's a great figure.

Yes. Mine's been standing for over 5 minutes. You have to position the legs in a certain stance due to the sculpt, but it CAN stand.
