I caught it this afternoon and was mildly amused. Honestly, it was too unbalanced to seem credible.

Because, clearly, credibility is what the film was shooting for.

Seriously, I think credible is one of the last words the filmmakers wanted associated with the movie.

And by your redundancy of the use of the word movie, you mean DVD?

Or are you getting at something we're not privy to?

Bell South? Didn't they get hacked, oh 17 years ago?  That's pretty off topic, but I'm assuming it's the same company.

Borat nominated for "Best Adapted Screenplay". :o

Which is funny for a mostly improvised movie. I guess it was more of a pity nod then anything since they're too good to break down the best film by genre. God I hate the Oscars...

You'd be surprised how much it wasn't. Yes, there was improve (Sasha Cohen did have to think on his feet,) but every scene was meticulously scripted, the writers spent an hours discussing what color the bag of feces should be. Even the improve had scripted scenarios for all the possible outcomes. And it wasn't a pity nod. The point of the oscars is to award innovation and the writers were innovative in crafting the story. It's a well deserved nod.

Read my above post. I've been to two screenwiting events with the writers and Cohen himself talking about how they pulled the movie off.

400 hours were filmed. :o
That's enough to make a sequel..... or atleast a straight to DVD movie.
