Is he really that bad? I mean, some have said he's as beefy as a POTF2 figure, but he was pretty stacked in the comic. Also, besides the minor proprtion issues, it looks like he has a spot on sculpt and great articulation. I could go for a new "officer" uniform Baron Fel, with the red stripes and all on the Imp officer body.
