Just read a post over at KN from someone who was at the Medicom show and bought two Series 9 boxes of 12.  In their first box, they got 2 Yellow Clones in the 4 Clone Trooper boxes.  They didn't get anything in their other box of 12.

So with an 'n' of 1, we might be back to a Common Chase with a ratio of 2:48...

Wow, I hope this turns out to be correct. Nice bit of info!

Well, just count me in for a box of 12. I'll stay on the lookout for pre-order time and then figure it out from there...

Damn, I can't believe I'm actually gonna do this. ::)

Depending on how the chases pan out, there may be several of us with extra boxes of 12 from the mega order for Series 9.  Series 10 ordering hasn't started yet.

I'd be looking to grab a box from a master case where the chase has not been checked for/found.  Or in other words, splitting the case with someone prior to them opening any of the boxes.

I understand why you'd want to do that.  I'm not sure if Jeff has any "blind" boxes of 12 that are unspoken for in his Mega Order for Series 9.  I'm sure he'll chime in when the time comes.

That sounds like a good idea...

OMG.  Does anyone ever actually pay over $200 for one Kubie?  That's insane.

Ain't that always the way. . .I should note, though, that I bought a loose Early Bird set from this guy for around $78 plus shipping last month.  So, I don't begrudge him trying to capitalize on impetuous collectors that want the first variant that they see (he isn't running a charity, after all), but at the same time, he has posted at least one pretty good deal before  :) .

The good thing about Honorius is that you are getting legit product. Sometimes if you wait his prices come down but really if you were the first to have them on ebay I'm sure you would charge a ton of money for them too.

I can't complain I got 6 stormtroopers and 6 sandtroopers off of him and he threw in a scout trooper and the white pauldron sandtrooper for free.

Um, anyone that owns Sacul probably fits in that category, so virtually all of the collectors of Kubs that you happen to be asking that question of. ;)  In my defense it is the only Kub I have paid that much for.
