We'll see - he could be cleared to resume Basketball related activities as early as 3 weeks from now.  He's got a follow up with doctors during the first week of December.  I'm hoping to have him by Feb - we'll see.

Sorry, Brand's not coming back, I won't allow it.  If he does, Kaman may not continue his 19 PPG, 13.5 RPG, 2 BLK/G, 55% shooting trend.

Even Bron Bron can't get away with bringin' his trash in Kaman's house while Brand's out:

I'd be as scared about Arenas' knee as I would be about Stoudemire's.

Prophetic.  The curse may have been passed....

Either that, or your curse has actually gotten so bad that you're now contagious.

This curse runs deep.

My replacement for Arenas might need to retire at the ripe age of 24.   :'(

Quote
Dec 21 Ford (arm stingers) saw New York-based specialist Dr. Patrick O'Leary on Wednesday, and will be out indefinitely while the Raptors and Ford consider his basketball future, the Toronto Sun reports.

Recommendation: Ford won't even rejoin the team until after Christmas, and it's unclear how much basketball activity he'll be allowed to do at that time. "We are consulting with a number of specialists to get as much information as possible regarding T.J.'s condition. Once enough information is compiled, we will chart a course for his return to basketball activity," Raptors president and GM Bryan Colangelo said Thursday. Although no one in the Raptors organization really wants to think about it right now, retirement could be a serious option for Ford.

Between Gilbert Arenas, Kevin Martin, and T.J. Ford, it's clearly not my year.

Don't forget the Romo/Moss derailment at exactly the wrong time.  You rode that train all season long, and it slipped off the tracks at precisely the wrong moment.

Don't forget to add Dallas Clark into that equation.  He only had something like 2 catches for 15 yards in his last two games.

But in Football, plenty of people had horrible week 15 luck.  Brady had a horrible game, Derek Anderson and Braylon Edwards were mired in snow...  big time fantasy players killed a lot of high-seeded teams last week.

But the worst part of all, is that I scored more points then 6 of the 7 teams last week AND I had the 1-seed.  So I should have had the cup-cake match-up, but I ended up losing to the only team that scored more points then me.

Thems the breaks.

Um....thanks for taking the curse away.  Not quite soon enough for the football season but my failure there is my fault and lack of QB fault, not so much cursage.

I'm kinda enjoying my Billups/Miller PG stuff and now it appears Calderon might have increased value as well.  If only KG wasn't on a team that was blowing away the opposition so much.  The Celtics really need to stop playing eastern conference teams.

Don't worry, 8th place has been my home for most of the season so far.  I figure I'll be back there soon especially now that my one of my few bright spots Andrew Bynum is out for 8 weeks.

How is it statistically possible that I'm not in last place?

Ouch.
As for how many times, I'd say just about every year he's been in the league.  He's a stud, but he's just so injury prone (says the guy who took Camby instead).

I honestly looked at your roster and thought of Kaman as the secret to your success.  He's really stepped up this year in Brand's absence.  If Brand comes back at some point that might hurt you more too.

I'd sort of given up winning the league at this point prior to Yao's injury, but a few places where I might have been close to you seem more realistic now that Yao is down.

I certainly didn't like Garnett hurting his testes and missing about 10 games and he's sure not back in shape either.  He definitely hasn't played worthy of a 2nd overall pick.  He's about 5 points lower per game than I was hoping/expecting and it's really hurt.  I guess I should have expected it with that roster.
