Thanks!

IKEA BERTBY all the way, and no, not in my kitchen. Those cabinets are cheap - $100 each, plus I think around $20 for the pair of lights that install really easily. They look great and hold up well - I've had them for almost ten years now. I've got another pair next to those with my modern OT stuff, though it's pretty damn cramped in there these days:

I've got the DETOLFs for my Muppets and NBC stuff:

Also great cabinets, though a bit wobbly sometimes. Sometimes when I open the door, the recoil from the magnet uncatching is enough to cause a bunch of figures to fall over. BERTBY is solid, as it's anchored to the wall, but it's not as deep, of course, so it works well for smaller figures. DETOLF is great for the Muppet playsets - the Muppet Show backstage is literally the exact size of one of the DETOLF shelves. It's like it was made for it.

Patrick do you leave those lights on for any real length of time?  How hot do they run?  I was going to put them in my detolfs but decided against it because I didn't want the wires and I didn't trust the heat/light exposure 5 inches away from the mini-busts.

I rarely leave them on more than maybe 3-4 hours, and they really don't get hot at all. I put two per each DETOLF, but if you've got them close together, as I believe you do, you can just put one per, if you're really worried about heat buildup. I think IKEA sells LED style lighting as well in the same sort of configuration, and those put out little to no heat at all. It's worth looking into, as it really makes them look fantastic.

Both of those are gorgeous. Is that a chip on the right side of the chest? It looks like there's a chip or rub in the standing photo but not the sitting photo.

Nope, the cheap lighting/reflection. I took the fig outside for a pic in the sunlight, you can see no chip.  ;)

I hope you mean the Snaggletooths.  :-X

Oh, nice. Even better. That's about as good as it gets there. Mind telling the price/source?

I got him of the bay for $190. A bit more than the other one back in 2003 but what the heck.  ;D

Thanks, I figured the difference in price over the years was well worth it. Snaggetooth is very hard to find with good silver paint let alone the head & hands. These 2 BS's are staying around for quite sometime.  ;D

I have been scoping these out on eBay as well because it is one of the last few remaining figs on my list, outside of the minor variants like smiling Lando, brownhair Luke, etc.

I was really surprised how cheap they are. Most I have seen have gone for less than $100.

I definitely plan on picking one up in the next week or two...
