TNI has pics up of what they call "Wave 1" of the Adventure Heroes line, although there are some sets I haven't seen before - and it seems like a lot for just one wave.  Either way, pics at the linky.

Hah ... they forgot to give the two KCS Indys gray hair and went with the exact same paint as the others. ::)

Wow, a lot of characters are getting the preschool treatment before their 3 3/4 brother.

I picked up the first 6 two-packs of the Indy Adventure Hero sets today.  I love them, with the exception of Bulloq being very "loose" and Map Room Indy having a floppy staff, they are all great.

And yes, I expect this to hit the quotes out of context thread.

I think I've seen it mentioned a couple of other places here since the launch, but these sets seem to be sitting around here a little bit.  Granted, its still very early, but with the way that Galactic Heroes and the Marvel SuperHero Squad sell around here, I thought these would be picked over pretty quickly.  I had ordered the ROTLA sets when HTS was having their 20%/free shipping sale, so I just picked up the three KOTCS sets, and one extra Raiders Indy/Tribal Warrior set.  Again, its only been a few days, but these seemed packed pretty full on Sunday at both WM and TRU, while the other stuff seemed to sell pretty well (deluxe in particular was sold out, and basic figures were sold down quite a ways).

They had a complete set of these figures at TRU, to cute to pass up. My favorite is Belloq & the Ark w/ghost.

I got a chance to open up the Raiders sets I picked up this week, and I really like these.  I'm happy that they decided to do an Indy line of these, even if it only lasts this year.  These, along with the Galactic Heroes (and SuperHero Squad) are just a fun line to me - and it works out well since our daughter always wants to play with them as well - they seem a little more durable/safe than regular figures or collectibles.  Anyways, nice line overall, and I'm looking forward to the other six sets from TOD and TLC.
