Thanks to a push from BB's Aaron Paul, the KEEP BB on the shelves at TRU is up over 30k.

I'll guess that the figures will eventually come back, but not until all of this has died down and the big media won't notice.  :P

No shock since we live in a society of spineless individuals. I really hate people. I signed the petition but i doubt toys r us will put them back in. I don't even buy those figures but its the first step of the collectors aisle going away.

So it's been a few weeks since the Breaking Bad figures were pulled.  But what other adult figures are hanging in the same general space?  How about Sons of Anarchy figures!  Yeah, characters who are involved in organized crime, meth dealing and murder.  Such a step up in socially acceptable action figures!  ::)

Hey, SAMCRO isn't into meth, in fact anti-meth was a big part of early seasons...  illegal gun-running and porn, sure, but no meth dealing.  Oh, and a brief perion of drug muling for Mexican cartels.  But no meth. ;)

I had no idea TRU was so PC about their figures.  I guess this is a good time to place a few calls about the disgusting flesh-baring. underwear dolls they call "Wrestling Figures."

Football figures.  That sport is way too violent... and demeaning.  I mean, look at the ass-whooping the Bears got from the Packers.  That has to be demoralizing to any kid Bears fan.  Same might be applied to the Vikings since the Pack did the same to them.

Seriously speaking, all TV shows (cartoons and otherwise) have some sort of violence in them.  Tom and Jerry, Looney Toons are violent at times and they have been on TV for years.  Transfomers, Joes, SW all have guns, Batman movies have violence.  Game of Thrones?  You could list the seven deadly sins there and probably add another seven.  Boys toys aren't the only ones: Barbie has its issues, Bratz.  The solution isn't to ban all toys though.

I think if TRU wants to sell Breaking Bad and other collector focused toys, perhaps they need an 18+ section where only adults can go... just don't make them like the curtained room in some comic shops or cigar stores where you'd feel 'dirty' for going in there.

They should just have a whole separate section to sell these figures in, where you have to show ID to enter, and it should have big neon signs all over it that say, "ADULT TOYS" all over it...  Outside could have the same thing too.  Like right below the big Toys R Us sign could be a big neon blinking sign that says "ADULT TOYS" below it...  blink blinking.

Someone will inevitably get confused and put Hex Bugs in there, but they'll figure it out eventually.
