I went frame by frame through that shot of the guy getting knocked down the stairs.  I couldn't say that was Doallyn or Bane Malar with a good level of certainty.  I looked at the helmet using the zoom feature on my DVD player, and I couldn't conclusively say it was either Doallyn or Bane Malar.  The shot was just too dark.  But it is pretty clear that Doallyn is on the second Skiff at the Sarlacc pit.

Really hard to tell...although I seem to remember you can actually see the knocked down the steps Doallyn's helmet rather well in the movie.  Thanks Ryan

Look at the photo on the left though...  It's only got one hose, compared to the one on the right.  ALso note that the hose is further out on the left helmet, whereas the two hoses on the right picture's helmet are closely wrapped to the helmet itself.  You can't make out the details on the face, but the hoses really imply, to me, that the guy in the Palace has a helmet more like Sgt. Doallyn's helmet.

Everyone else I'm pretty bummed they're making, especially Yarna.

 ???

I second that, not sure how anyone cannot be excited about a figure that almost made it into the vintage line.

Almost is the key word. It didn't, so I can pretend it didn't happen... because it didn't.  ;)

That and I'd so much rather have a couple of more skiff guards rather than dancers or musicians. There are at least two other Weequys in the film are actually exciting and that we've all been waiting for since... forever. And here we get the musician from an added seen that didn't work well.

She's a fat dancing six boobied background character. What's not to like?  ;D

I'd be most excited to see her out of all the characters rumored. Although I do wish that instead of the Luke, Han, and Chewie from the cut scene they had made two new skiff guards (Weequay and Nikto) and a new Oola or Lyn Me.

Which one is the Musician from the added scean?   Yarna?
Wasn't she the dancer that has always been in the film.

He was talking about Ak Rev, the weequay drummer from the SE music number.

Anton was saying that instead of the weequay Ak-Rev, he would have rather had one of the other two Weequay skiff guards from the original film.

To be honest, I get less and less excited over OT stuff these days... been that way since 2002 I think...  I don't know why that is, I guess since I've been exposed to the OT for 30 years now, and in my area OT stuff pegwarms much longer than PT stuff.

The only things that have really excited me OT related the past few years are:

- White TIEs with big wings
- TAC Hermie Odle
- SAGA2 Hammerhead
- Target Hoth Battle Pack
- Tantive IV Stormtroopers
- VOTC stuff

Looking forward, about only thing I'm that intererested right now would be:

- playsets, done right
- awesome Jabba and his dais
- awesome Slave Leia
- awesome Emperor Palpatine
- awesome Gamorrean Guard
- rumored $150 Falcon

I'm excited for Yarna primarily because she's so recognizable, and an easy fit for a diorama.  I'd love a new Weequay too, though, but I'd take Yarna first since she's never been made (I'm thinking of the Skiff Weequays, at least- while I'd buy a palace Weequay, he'd be less recognizable to me).  The choice of cut scene sandstorm heroes does seem puzzling to me though; I'd rather they re-release VOTC Chewie again on a regular card (heck, Early Bird Chewie too), and sculpt us a DS2 Luke and some other Han.  They can't be running out of ideas yet, just in resculpts alone we could have multiple years of waves...

Check out the front page for some Rumors & Rumblings that includes some details on Clone Wars items as well as a couple Wave 4? ROTJ details.

Yarna fans should be REAL happy with her.  Bane Malar's sounding nice too, as well as Ak Rev...  Should be an interesting wave.

I can't even explain the joy i am feeling for Yarna. Part of me still doesnt want to get my hopes up, but i am pumped that it sounds like she is finally going to be released.

I'm quite happy for you Dan, you've been consistently asking for this figure.  If it's true the only thing missing from my collection is ICMG :D
