Hoth Han (Hood-Up) and new K-3P0

The red protocol droid is R-3PO

Forgive me, I'm a little busy at the moment...  ::)   ;)

Sorry for confusing Scotty earlier...

What I was trying to tell him is that these are the Wal-Mart equilvent of the Order 66 packs.  Exclusive, 2 figures, collector packaging, etc.  Basicaly Wal-Mart saw reaction to the Order 66 sets and wanted something, this is what they got.

Line-up for the Wal-Mart sets =

Vader and K-3PX (black C-3PX essentially)
Plo Koon and R4-F5
X-Wing Luke and Battle Damaged R2 (easily the best one)
Kit Fisto and R4-H5
Watto and R2-T0
Hoth Han (Hood-Up) and new R-3P0

Like others have said, buy all 6 sets and you get the parts for C-3PX hunter protocol droid...

K-3PX
http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/K-3PX
R4-F5-seems to be made up. I can't find anything on the net about this droid
R4-H5-maybe... This one would be cool to if it's like the one in the link!
http://www.elstreeprops.com/Star_Wars_/R4-H5/r4-h5.html
R2-T0-also seems to be made up. I can't find anything on the net about this droid either

Still I'm SO down for these. I WANT that C-3PX!

Hell yeah, I'm liking these. I want that C-3PX dude.  :)

Hasbro's really going nuts with the BAF concept.

Agreed about the C-3PX.
Not crazy in the SW line thoguh for B-a-D (Build a Droid). I still wish they would have done a BAF for the Gorax from the Ewok movies.

This won't matter as we are getting the OTHER version in the Battle Pack set. (Unless you don't plan on buying that set.)

Actually it does matter, doesn't it?  Don't we have a hood down version at the moment, not hood up?  It's brown in the battle pack, making the single card figure blue would address it perfectly, wouldn't it?

As for the battle pack, they are so completely hit and miss where I am, there is no guarantee I will get it and if I get it from someone else, I'm adding $5-10 to the cost for shipping, so maybe no.

We got the 2 "hood down" versions  (brown & blue) in 2007, we'll get the two "hood up" versions (brown & blue) in 2008.  Like they said, one in the new Hoth BP (with Chew/Probe Droid/astro droid/K-3PO) and the other in the WM Droid FActory Pack.

Thanks for the clarification Jeff.  As you're readily aware, I don't pay close enough attention to Hasbro stuff anymore.  Appreciate all your good work thus far.  I shall have a beer in your honor. :-*

To further clarify this...
The Hood down versions were the brown coat as the VTSC fig and Ultra battle pack contained the blue coat version.

So the Battle pack figure will be different from the Droid Factory figure? (i.e. blue coat vs. brown coat) - that's good to hear. I'm glad we're finally getting a VOTC quality version of Han Solo in Hoth Gear w/the Hood Up and the icing on the cake is that we're going to get both coat colors too. Cool!

Now these are some sets I can sink my teeth in to. Droids are always cool, and the character list is great. The only stinker is Vader, since the rest are either new-ish figures or ones we haven't seen in a while. The C-3PX looks fantastic as well. Thumbs up, Hasbro!

K-3PX looks SWEET! I don't need another Vader, but I'll get the set for that droid.
