Sideshow 12" Clone Wars General Kenobi

Well it looks like we are getting our first armored figured but again its the same characters over and over again. If he comes with a helmet i would be as upset. I hope this means we will finally get some Bounty Hunters, Stormtroopers and Vader.

Sideshow's First Armored Figure

I wasn't expecting this so it was a nice surprise.  Seeing that I am a huge fan of Obi-wan in this outfit, I will be sitting at my computer Friday at 1:00pm waiting to pre-order.  He can go next to Ilum Padme since she really was going to be the odd one out for "theme grouping".  I assume an Anakin is not to far off in the future but would like them to make a frickin' clone trooper of some sort already.....

Well Sideshow has stated he will not be coming with a Helmet.

I'm thinking of making General Kenobi my first ever Sideshow Preorder.

Even though the last few preorders were not difficult to get to get, i feel that for some reason this one wil be.

I want this one more than anything else SSC has released.  Hoping that its not difficult to get.

I would possibly go for this if the helmet had been included.  Although someday they will probably make a clonetrooper with a removeable helmet.  Even so I already have Indy and Luke Farm boy on pre-order.  So, something has to be left out. 

It's a really nice looking figure though.  I will kick myself for not getting it later but I can't afford their $80-90 figure to often.

It's an easy choice for me to get it because my collection has a definite Obi-Wan focus.  I'm hoping that they will make a good AOTC Obi-Wan as well since they now have the head.

Just got my order in for this figure. No problems with the site for a change.

I'm glad they're finally getting around to the armored figures.

Got mine ordered just fine too. The $90 price tag really stinks, but at least I had some reward points to use on it. If the armored figures are going to all be this pricey, I don't think I'll be too worried about picking very many others.

I had no problems as well.  The last one I ordered I could not get online and had to order over the phone, glad to see they have made improvements.
