Not a bad Christmas special. There's been better two parters, but overall, it was fun.

I heard that the last Tennant episode will be the next Christmas special.

I'd kind of like to see them age Tennant to make it seem like he's lived a long a full life in that body. He's 900 plus years old, it would make sense if he got 50 to 100 years out of each body.

That makes me wonder. Does a Time Lord age?

I would have to say yes...since Doctor #1 started as a child, according to Doctor #10 in the episodes with the Master in Season 3, and then ended up as an old man (Hartnell), then you would have to say the Doctor ages in each body.  Also, in the Fox TV special, Sylvester McCoy was portrayed as older than he was when the show ended ~1989.

Caught the new special yesterday, much better than the Christmas one. There's also a trailer for the next one, The Waters of Mars, which is an anagram. Figure it out, and you've got the spoiler.

Also found out that the Christmas special does not count toward the four that Tennant is doing, so there are three more due, two this year and one early next.

I got to see the Easter special of Doctor Who last night on BBCA last night. Much different experiance than watching it on youtube. Anyway, did anyone catch the throw away line about Quadermass and how the unit of measure were called Bernards?

Came across this:

Dalton plays the Doctor's brother. He judges the Doctor for the destruction of Galafray. The Master is credited with bringing Galafray back from destruction. The Doctor gets hunted in the next season.
