You might be able to pick this one up cheaper down the road. And if not, there will be future releases what with the variations made to the costume throughout the movies.

Here's the SSC Vader with the tunic under the shoulder armor, like in ESB and ROTJ... Only takes a little adjusting, no serious customization.

I think I get more and more excited every time I look at pictures of this bad boy. :)

Due to Cora chewing the helmet of my RAH Vader (that puppy is lucky she's cute), I'm on the waitlist for this particular figure.
Peacekeeper, when it absolutely, positively has to be nuked in 30 minutes or less.  Or the next nuke's free!

That sucks about the puppy having a Vader snack, Matt. I've been thinking about maybe putting Vader in a glass case because he might be a dust magnet. I've seen a few collectors who have taken the case a step further and started building a Bespin Duel sort of grid underneath with orange lighting. Wish I had the patience to craft something that cool. I've actually got an Exclusive Bespin Luke headed my way just in case I were ever to try that.

I'm actually planning something similar for my Vader and  SS Obi-Wan. I'd like to re-create their duel from ANH with a Mini Death Star diorama. I'm planning on just making the doorway and the hallway they are in. But I'd like to light it and have it closed off from dust. We'll see if I ever get around to it (that's kind of how customizing is for me these days, I have lots of ideas but never get around to most of them) but that's the plan.

I might go as far as designing it on paper, so you'll have me beat if you buy a single sheet of foam core.  :P

Holy ****, those photos are impressive.  I've got a Medicom Vader and 2 Medicom Stormtroopers - after seeing that pic comparing the height of the 2 Vaders, I'm really wanting to replace it with the Sideshow version to showcase the height of my favourite Lord of the Sith.  But that price is killing me!  :'(

But how could you not add this with your Vader focus? Sell your kidney if you have to.

Anyone need a kidney?  Original owner, about 33 years worth of mileage.  Gently used.

Yes, $130 is a lot of money... but c'mon! After Vader, you won't really need anything else.

Actually this will be the last SS figure I buy for a long time. Or at least until they make Count Dooku or General Grievous. ;D
