The Gunboat is in ROTS on Utapau. You can see one docked at a platform with one of the Airborne Troopers is reporting on Obi-Wan's escape.

Ya the gunboat you blink and miss it, and even then all you pretty much see is the tail end of the ship.  The starfighter on the other hand no idea.

You can barely see the fighter on Utapau, though it could show up again in Clone Wars with a large role.

The Assault Gunboat is in a reasonably long shot.  But it's almost an afterthought, really.  As for the Techno Union fighter?  I'd love to see a screencap with that ship, because I haven't been able to find it.

And yes, the Tank Droid should be made before both of these.
