So the equipment is in parts to complete one? I thought it was 2 different styles.

I'm pretty sure it's still 2 different styles. I think they just worded their answer poorly.

No problem, and I would say that IS a production figure, or at the very least an early one.

Click his mug to check him out!

Lotta money going to him and his variant...  A whole lotta money.

No, not all sweet!  Hrchek's eyes!  Argh!  Inexcusable!

I can't believe he still has the Bossk eyes.  I thought they said they were going to fix that.  I know it's something that is easily fixed with a dab of black paint or a sharpie, but man that is just lazy.   >:(

Ok.  Not all sweet.   ;)

I guess it's hard for me to get too stirred up about him - he's never been high on my list.  Which is another topic (what is high on my list anymore?  What is my list?)

Man Tunghori gets his figures early. Wonder if he works in a Hasbro factory...

I can't say I'm up in arms over the Saurrin's eyes, but I'm also a person who feels you SHOULDN'T have to customize ****, and basically the eyes are the only major flaw with this figure (though I think they could've given him shoes...  Saurins aren't Trandoshans, so it's almost like they're trying to mix the two, weird).

I will fix mine I'm sure, but yeah, it's a pretty simple thing that shouldn't have left the factory like that, and it's a major detractor.

I'm sorta hopeful that only a handful got out like that, and that we'll see the majority are fixed with the proper eyes, but at this point I'm not hopeful despite Hasbro's answer to this query.  It seems almost like maybe they were thinking it was something else, or simply chose not to answer the question right.  Again, benefit of the doubt and all that, I hope that a few will have the wrong eyes and the majority the right ones.  Kinda like the deco on the U-3PO BAD figure being changed to champagne.  Running changes from Asia seem to be hit and miss if they get done though.

I just ordered an embarrassing amount of Scanner Techs, Col Dyers and several others.
I can't be sure, but Tungori may be getting early samples, because all the Maroon Geonosis Battle Droids I ordered came with painted eyes, where I'm lead to understand the packaged versions (which haven't, and may not show up at retail here) do not?
Whatever the case, it's a great way to army build without  having to resort to retail, while the price for me is relatively the same :)

For the curious, here's a helmetless image of Han I just added real quick...

Wow that headsculpt sucks!  :)

It's just another Han and all, so no biggie I guess, but it really reminds me of big head Han from the vintage line.  Freaky.

One more new picture:

It's pretty cool that all of the droids from the Sandcrwaler scene have been made!
