I'm still trying to figure out if this is a box set or essentially Series 11? ???

The link says 1344Yen, which would seem to indicate they will be sold separately as a series and not in a box set...

I wonder that would do for chase figures then?

I think we have to leave open the possibility these will come in blisters.
Although the price is somewhat lower then recent blister releases (e.g. Shadow Guard JPY1575)

Holy crap, that one came out of the blue.  I think those are pretty cool.  Can any of your die-hards figure out what difference (if any) there are in the "vintage toy" version and the Series 1 version(s)?

The Series 1 "vintage" fett was just the standard fett with vintage colors on the gauntlets.  This new Vintage Fett is exactly that - sculpted/painted to look like the vintage kenner Fett.

This new one has a weapon that looks like a classic kenner Fett weapon and the colors are much truer to the Kenner fett.  Also, it looks like his helmet sculpt more closely resembles the kenner fett - he doesn't have a separate range finder on his helmet, it's sculpted right onto the front of the helmet.

Pretty....

I sent off a request for information from someone that can read Japanese.  Those are a must have (and a harbinger of a Droids box set? ;) :P)

Squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!  :o

Man, where the hell did they come from! Holy mother of Kuby goodness!  8)

So this is a June sale, boy next year is going good.  ;D

Yepper, that is definatelly a vintage Fett modeled after the figure. Also the placement of I guess the shoulder pads are different from the series 1 & chase Fett's. Zoinks! Now with that range finder sculpted to the helmet, what are the chances of seeing a Rocket Fett?  :D

The Droids Fett is different from the carded version too.

Sweet mother  :o!  This is definitely a must have for me.  I wish we had more details on this collection of awesomeness!   The McQuarrie Fetts look fantastic and will go well next to last year's Hasbro figures.

I really want this set!  Hell, I would even like a second to display with my Fett stuff.  Hope these aren't real hard to get.

These look sweet, but I don't know if I want to know how much it's going to cost me to get a set of them.
