So is there two decos on the AT-ST?  I'm colorblind to some degree, but I swear I'm seeing two colors on that slideshow.

I do not think there are 2 decos but 2 different development models.

Overall pleased but no real big wow surprise......yet.
The AT-ST is awesome but not blown away awesome. I will get two for sure, EU wave looks good, I like how they are reusing the VOTC Bespin Luke Body/Legs for Jacen. I though Hasbro said that they would make Jaina in her green outfit based on the Japanese art, I like the one they went with. Even if you hate EU you can use her as a generic Jedi.

BMF Slave 1 is coming!!!!  Be prepared to ee it at Comic-Con!!!

No it's not. I just got out of the panel. Someone asked about it. It's not coming.

I just rewatched the panel and I can't clearly hear what the question was but Hasbro immedietley starts talking about "other" bounty hunter's ships from ESB, no mention of the Slave I in their answer.

Glad to see the bigger AT-ST is a reality (has a price point been mentioned at all?).  Honestly, not that I need to spend more money, but I was kind of hoping for the "big" Slave 1 as well since it was rumored a bit.  Maybe it is a "surprise" they are keeping for the 30th Anniversary of ESB next year.  Still, especially with all the other stuff out these days, one "big" vehicle a year is more than enough to keep up with.

I'm pretty sure the question specifically illuded to the Slave 1, thus Hasbro's "other" responce.

Not that I'm in any way disappointed in what we saw (we did actually see lots of new figures, even if we had read rumors of them for awhile) - but I am a little surprised we didn't see some more "surprises" thrown in there.  I almost expected a peek at the new Jabba (realistic) they've been hinting at, or maybe 2010's new Snowspeeder or something for the ESB anniversary.  They did hint that there would be "lots of stuff" for Empire's anny, I wonder what it could all be?  Personally, I'm hoping for a wave that includes "ultimate" Bespin Han, Hoth Luke, and Hoth Leia, the new Snowspeeder (which I believe is confirmed from a past Q and A), and an all-new Taun Taun.  Make the Slave 1 or AT-AT the "big" vehicle for the year, and that would top it off pretty well :).

A new Taun Taun would be sweet, along with a re-release of that Hoth Turret.  Maybe an AT-AT too, though I almost hope something like that is further out.

I'm a little bummed in the way of surprises as well, although Nahdarr was a nice one.  Overall, I thought the showing was so-so.  There is a lot of OT coming, which is great, but a lot of I'm not excited about.  I should be stoked about a new AT ST, a new Dewback and Interceptor, but I'm not.  I like the figures for the most part, but the pool of stuff I REALLY want is dwindling and I don't know I will be able to come up with 30 choices for next year's poll.  Ok.  So that's not true.   ;)

A thing to think about, is they're saying most of this stuff will be out in 2009 still, that's a ton of new product.  Either the retailers are going to need to expand their Star Wars sections some to accomodate for so many figures, or we'll be seeing quite a bit of this not hitting until 2010.

Either way, Comic-Con has come and gone and no Slave 1.

I shouldn't give Stan such a hard time, after all, he did call it on the At-St. But, there are a few things that have been predicted over the years which have come nowhere close to being true. Right now, the Slave 1 seems to be a miss-step, and I specifically remember a totally new speeder bike from a few years back. There are a lot of people who take his predictions as insider knowledge.

I with respect, even a broken clock is right twice a day. I'm trying to figure out how much stock to put into Stan's "insider" knowledge. If I'm being too critical, or just plain wrong, someone, please call me out.

I think all one needs to do is look at Rebelscums "rumor" list.  You only have to throw 100 darts, get three bullseyes and become a legitimate source.  The list is so vast and all encompassing, suddenly "everything" is a rumor. ::)

It reads more like a wish list.
