Mattel's problem is it needs to be huge or else. A business model like Sideshow is what this brand needs, and it needs to be a little more focused. I understand She-ra and NA fans might want some love, but when you're making the Star Sisters and Ram Man and Spikor aren't even planned, you're doing it wrong.

Though maybe, with Man-E-Faces taking the better part of a week to sell out, they found a good number. If future figures last at least a day, lesser numbers might work out.

Anybody else picking these up? I've seen them at WM and K-Mart, and they're kind of fun. $4.50 a whack, but it's nice to get something MOTU at retail. I have these four so far, out of eight.

They have pics up of the Sorceress variant and the Star Sistahs as well.  I was actually intersted int he 3pack, but not after seeing the figures.  They all look pretty terrible.  The All White Sorceress looks great, but as a con variant, she's probably going to be too pricey for my tastes.  I only had Stinkor and Kobra Kahn as a kid, so I'm tempted to get the new Stinkor.  I wonder if they added stinky smells like the original?

Stinkor was by far my favorite Master...I may have to get him.  My vintage one still stinks :)

Spector is one of the 30th Anniversary figures in the subline. It was created by Toyguru as a kid for the original create-a-character contest that brought us Fearless Photog.

He's a spy / time-traveler - he has a little cosmic key on his wrist band.

I just opened my man-e-faces.  I had no idea he came with the extra head - so that was a nice surprise.  I've only got a few of the MOTU classics figures open.  But the ones I have I'm really happy with.  Very well done figures.

Just ordered Snout Spout. I'm really surprised Mattel offered this character, and it's one of my favorite vintage figures. Can't wait till it gets here.  :)

Picked up the rest of the Hot Wheels, and found this four-pack at TRU. Complete set!
