My Grand Admiral Thrawn arrived today.  He looks really cool, although I do wish I had the command chair.  I just couldn't justify the price.

I canceled the entire thing, based on price... I bet I find him for $40-50 shipped, eventually.

There is something about the head sculpt on this figure - the jaw looks too pronounced and to me smacks of a Hasbro 12" figure vs. a Sideshow offering.

The chair looks like emperors Palpatine in potf2 tri pack, perhaps a model for an upcoming Thrawn with chair for the 3 3/4 inches scale.

I think the ship has sailed for Hasbro's Thrawn getting his own command chair, but a great alternative to the Cinema Scene 3-pack chair is the Hallmark Emperor Palpatine ornament from 2008.

Got an email notice that Brian's Toys is offering $15 off a $75 purchase.  Their prices are silly on most items, but I found a 12" Thrawn for $79.99.  All together it was $75 shipped, which is a pretty good deal.
