Ahh, this wave sounds refreshing, much more interesting that the 2 Prequel waves IMO. Despite the fact that all of the waves contain resculpts and little new, I think this one stands out because a lot of these figures really needed resculpts and haven't had a figure release since the POTF2 days. Plus, it's got cool aliens.

the Yoda with hover chair seems out of place

He is a "greatest hits" repack... I think he was just slipped into this wave instead of the next one (AotC) to help balance the manufacturing cost of the wave.

Oh. Makes sense. Thanks.

Exactly what Yoda with hoverchair are we getting? I don't recall ever seeing this figure - is it the 2003 CW Yoda with that floating thingy??

Yes, as that's really the only Yoda with hover-thingie unless you count the Clone Wars figure, so I'm sure that's what this will be.

Oh, no - I really hope it isn't this one! How could Hasbro include such an under-articulated, old sculpt into such a premium line like Vintage?! This is a terrible choice! I hope Hasbro repacks the Episode III tin Yoda with the hover chair.

Oh no.  They're probably going to take the under-articulated, old sculpt in a premium line and remove the Chian figure at a premium price.  (Hey, they did it to OTC Wicket, minus the premium price.)

Finally a Princess Kneesaa figure. I have wanted one since a little kid watching the droids and ewoks cartoons.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...   but you'll need to keep waiting.  :(

From the Q&A this week:  Unfortunately, Kneesaa was dropped due to some production issues; we did not replace Kneesaa with another figure.  Instead, Wicket is comes with his movie version poncho as well as a version inspired by his animated series appearance.  He is a very cool figure. .

That's too bad. A lot of people wanted her... but at least Wicket will be a very cool figure!

That's pretty lousy news, I was actually looking forward to actually getting a Kneesaa.

It also sets a precedent that they can get away with one Ewok per card. So I guess Chief Chirpa and Logray would be individual purchases as opposed to packed with other Ewoks we never got in the original Kenner vintage line.

They already have set the one-ewok-per-card precedent with Chirpa, and Teebo.   :-\

Exactly.  Didn't Wicket come that way in the OTC line too?

Wicket came with logray in the POTF2 line, but if you wanna go real oldschool...  Technically Vintage Kenner set the precedent. :)  And that Vintage Wicket was diminutive.  Like to the point he'd get his own show on TLC now if Wicket were popular.

They should. They gave one to a guy who was a background Ewok in one of the TV movies.
