I haven't opened my Flash yet as he's got some missing paint apps on his belly so I'm holding out for a better version.  It was kinda cool to see that black hose thingy again when I cracked open the Ripper/Torch Comicpack, but I noticed it's really really thin so it doesn't hold like the good old days.

I finally felt like buying Shipwreck tonight and I think he's an awesome figure just as I think of most of this line, but I don't dig the backpack hole, nor do I dig the closed fist and extra gun.  No biggie though.

If anyone needs the Dreadnoks, new crotch Hawk or new crotch blue Snake Eyes then stop at K-Mart.  I picked up the Hawk and Dreadnok sets at the Blaine, MN store this evening.  The new crotch Hawk pack and neon Duke pack seem to be 1 per case.  All the others are 2 per case.

I am very happy I am not into Joe or else the Sideshow line would have to be another thing to buy. Hasbro and Sideshow are really working well together it seems.

How long before they're bought out? :P

Wow that's a nice intro trailer though...  They're bound to be impressive figures.  I really think SS's 12" line is underappreciated in the world of 1:6, if not at times pricey, but that trailer really gets you pumped for it if you're gonna go all out with Joe stuff.

I'm not even buying GIJ's and I'm really into the new stuff they're doing with them.

Out of principle I'm not sure I can buy a 12 inch GI JOE from someone other than Hasbro...

Also Sideshow's head sculpts are overly painted and a bit oversized...for $50+ a figure, I need it to be perfection.

Just me though...Good to see Hasbro making money off their brand though, can only mean good things for the brand.

I stopped at WM before work today and they had stocked up on the 25th line.  They had the regular section packed full, as well as an endcap just packed with the single figures.  It looked like everything was from Wave 2 or so, lots of Stalkers, Shipwrecks, and Red Ninjas.  I didn't go through them all, but at a glance there was just a ton of them there.

Is there a variant shipwreck with a different tattoo?

Ya this is why I'm still kinda torn on having a collection of these guys carded to go with my loose stuff.  I have the marlin Shipwreck, neon baby puke Stalker, and SE w/black pup.

Kinda stupid to have three figures carded and the rest all loose, no  ???
