One Canadian online retailer is reporting that they've opened quite a few cases and only one case had chase figures:

No Mask Wolverine
Chase Phoenix
Brown Cable

Great if you stumble across the case, but miserable if you miss it.  Maybe time to get out of these chase figures too :-\

Reports are flowing in over at ADC that ML VI is starting to hit.  Looks like the East coast and TRU is the place to be.  Time to start looking, me needs a Juggs.

What do you know?  Stopped at TRU on the way back from a job site today and scored!  Three or four Movie Punishers (major pegwarmer here  ::)) and Wolverines.  One Juggernaut, Deadpool and Cable.  No Phoenix.  Picked up Juggernaut and Deadpool.  Juggs is nice and big, just they way I like 'em.  Probably the biggest ML/HC/XMC/SMC figure to date.  The only one close would be the Mecha Hulk.  Can't wait to get home and open them.

Don't ya just hate having long waits like that ;D

Here's hoping they show here soon.

Interesting aside.  Winnipeg is 2.5 hours from Grand Forks, North Dakota.  In GF there is a super Target store.  They have signs up indicating that staff will not check in the back for figures specifically asked for by a customer.  Apparently, according to the staff member I asked about the signs, they are a direct response to Canadians coming down and asking all the time.  Makes me so proud.   :-[

Found ML 6 today in NJ and NY!  And, it was at WalMart & TRU...even better!  Scored Juggernaut, brown Wolverine and movie Punisher.  Those were the only ones I saw.

But the coup de grace for todays haul?  A loose yellow Daredevil!  I know it cost $20, but I think it was a pretty sweet find.

i've never collected this line, and i never really pay attention to them when i go out shopping, but have they made a figure of wolverine in his current costume from the newest issues of astonsihing x-men yet? it's kinda like the old school original suit with the small ears on the mask... i like that suit best, and i would think about picking it up. but that might start me on a road i don't want to go down...

I saw the Fantastic Four box set at a comic shop tonight.  Nice!  I had never seen Doctor Doom's face closeup before, and this Doom has a scarred, ugly face.  Nice touch!  The differences on the characters who have been done before (Doom, Thing, Johnny & Reed) all appear to be appreciable, and it makes this set all that much more attractive to me.  I'll be getting this when it's at regular retail.

Egads, the Fantastic Four variant set is pushing $120 on eBay right now...I really wish Toy Biz had not done this

I really dig both of the new Box Sets, I hope they keep it up down the road with some new ones (Avengers, Defenders, X-Men etc)

I picked up both box sets this weekend and I have to say they are for the most part, pretty cool. Black Cat is horrible though. It really sucks that they introduced a chase into the box sets. They are already expensive enough, no need for them to do that and no need for me to buy two sets.

I do however hope they continue to make box sets. I enjoy them very much.

While I was in Chicago this weekend I saw a lot of Marvel Legends 6.  The only reasonably priced figures were Wolverine and movie Punisher.  Everything else was WAY overpriced.  Even Cable.

The one box set I'm somewhat concerned about is the Fantastic Four chase set.  I'd really like that clear Invisible Woman, but I hope it's not too difficult to find.
