Just got the email here too.  Good news, I guess.

$15 for nothing?

I'll take it. You'd think they'd get tired of handing out gift certificates because of this line.

Now if they'd get some new LOTR or SW stuff in stock, I'd be stoked.

Same here.  I'll probably wind up using it on a DVD or a CD because they usually don't have anything SW wise in stock that I'm interested in.

I'm loving the Iceman figure. Picked him up the other day. They really keep pushing the articulation with these things. He's got some fairly bizarre new shoulder joint. Well, new to me; I don't know if it's been done on other MLs as I don't keep up on them; this is the first I've gotten since Torch. Anyway he's pretty sweet. Base is awesome, too. Now I've got fire and ice! :D

MLVII must have been at our local Wal-Mart at some point.  Checked the pegs yesterday, and there were 3 each of the Silver Centurion Iron Man and Weapon X.  No other MLs on the pegs there, and the local TRU continues to have their 1 or 2 Gambits.  Woo hoo.  Looks like Wal-Mart is the only place to be for ML right now, at least around here.

Where did you order your case from?  I'm contemplating this route for the Galactus and Sentinel waves.  Maybe for the Legendary Rider wave as well, if I knew what it was ::)

Action Figure XPress.  I think it comes out to around $106 which is around $9 a figure shipped.  A little more than Wal-Mart but I have them all too

They have preorders for the same price for 9,10 and 11

Thanks.  With exchange and customs, that's probably a little steep for me.  But it is a good point of reference.

With the combination of stupid packing of chase (all three in one box ::)) figures and what should be future even case pack ratios, ordering cases will start to make sense.  At least for the next couple of series'.

Do we know the case pack ratio for Series 8?  I may take some of your spares, if someone hasn't already spoken for them.

Amazon finally came through with the credit. Still would have preferred Dark Phoenix.

You can have them ;)

3 captain america
2 iceman
2 storm
2 iron man
1 man-thing
1 black widow
1 doc ock

I should have 2x Cap, 1x Iceman, 1x Storm, 1x Iron Man and you can have Man-Thing too if you want him

The thing that would change this would be if I get a Variant Case

2 ultimate captain america
1 classic captain america (variant)
2 iceman
1 storm (mohawk variant)
2 iron man
1 man-thing
1 black widow (blonde variant)
1 doc ock
1 doombot

They're re-releasing Doombot ???

I'll take Iceman and Storm, providing you get a duplicate.  No need for Cap or Ironman, sorry.  I don't think I need Man Thing.  Only need Black Widow then.  How does Ock compare with the S6 box set?

He's a ton nicer, the S6 set is a rerelease of the first Spidey Classic one which is not too articulated.  This one has like 40+ points of Articulation including the tentacles
