after seeing how the POTJ repacks look, I started thinking about how they could've been done differently.
what if, instead of straight repacks, Eeth Koth had a different paint job on the face, different arms, no cloak and packaged as Agen Kolar (seen here)

Teebo with different hood and accesories (possibly as a 2 pack?)

R4-M9 could  also be 'remade' as any astromech

Somehow, I think that would seem like even more of a cop-out on Hasbro's part than reissuing.  That's just my opinion, though.
