For reasons beyond understanding instinctoy has now named the chase as Grand Mohsen Tarkin. I believe Mohsen is just what they call Moff.

Oy!  :-\

Grand Moff Tarkin

General Veers (Imperial Officer)

Enlisted Crewman? (unclassified)

Same as the pic Scott posted from the site theforce.net

Quote
Enlisted Crewman? (unclassified)
Black overalls, single-breasted top.
Black cap.
Silver Imperial Emblem on the sleeve at each shoulder.
Black belt with silver buckle and holster, no utility boxes.
Long-sleeved black gloves.

No as these are "in hand" photos from instinctoy and the only way that horrible torso piece could be wrong is if it's a production error. What I dislike about isnt so much the lack of detail but the different colour of the torso compared with the arms or the skirt.

How do you know these are "in hand" photos?  Seems like the same generic photo that has shown up all over.  Maybe they originated and everyone else has copied, but how do you know?

I saw an auction this morning no Yahoo Japan that showed the Lackey in the Imperial Dignitary box...  Doesn't seem as though we will be getting our other Dignitary like we thought.

To use an Americanism, "This ain't my first rodeo". Also since when outside of the Medicom books have there ever been stock photos of a chase?

I was referring to the generic white background photo above.  That is what Insectoy is using in their auction.  The skirt doesn't look as bad in the group shot.

Ha, I got scared when I saw that picture of Tarkin above--thought he might've been the second chase for a second!

The first Imperial Lackey is up on eBay. $109.95 is the starting price and listed as 1:48...if he really is 1:48 then that's a crazy price!

There's a rumour over on Kubricknation that the second chase is a black astromech droid...I really hope it's something more interesting than that!

Man I hope that is not true.  A black astromech would seriously blow.

Last Basic Set is Spoken for...

SW Deluxe Series 4 (Does not include shipping):

1x Basic Set of 6 + Probe Droid ($85) - Drewlam - Paid
1x Basic Set of 6 + Probe Droid ($85) - Jayson - will hopefully have for the next meeting
1x Basic Set of 6 + Probe Droid ($85) - Dan - will hopefully have for the next meeting

I should also have 5 individual figures left - sounds like the Dignitary might be short packed with the Imperial Commander.  Hope they chose the R2 instead.   ::)

The logical choice for the other chase is a vintage Death Squad Commander in the Tie Fighter box.
With no 2nd Imp Dignitary...

I'm putting in my vote for the two worst SW chase releases to date.  We already got a black astromech in one of the TRU boxed sets.  Very disappointed by this
