Yeah but Kirk with his chair is an SDCC exclusive :-\

I'm digging that Locutus in Ben's link though, I think I'll have to own that one.

Will they never learn? The first yellow shirted Kirk was a con exclusive, and now they're doing it again.

And they wonder why nobody buys Star Trek figures.

Did I get that one from Newforcecomics.com?  I think I did.  I need a Spock.

I got mine from Vintage Vinyl, a record store in NJ.

I guess that it was plenty available after the cons that year, but I think Kirk in that uniform should be one of the figures that's plenty available.

With all those TOS Mirror figures coming out, I just remember I need a Mirror Kirk, which is one of the two figures I don't have from Art Asylum's TOS line.

And, Michael Crawford has a review of Worf, Will, and Thomas Riker on his site. I'm a little disappointed that they're such huge figures, but then again, Worf and Riker were some tall guys.

Yeah but Kirk with his chair is an SDCC exclusive :-\

It sounds to me like there will be a second version of Kirk w/chair (from "Where No Man Has Gone Before"), and that will be the con exclusive.

Quote
If that wasn't enough there is also going to be versions of both Captain Kirk and Captain Pike released with their own unique Captain's chairs, (Look for a version of Captain Kirk w/chair from the second pilot episode to be released as a SDCC exclusive this coming summer).

That's how it reads to me, anyway.

I didn't collect Art Assylum's line (which looks awesome,) but I do have a near complete Playmates set. I'm only missing Picard from Tapestry (1701) and the Pog versions of the Vorgon and Dathon.

I bought some Legends of Star Trek ships from BBTS this weekend. I got the Enterprise D and a Borg Cube. Alas, Voyager was sold out, and the future Ent-D wasn't listed, so I suppose I'll have to either wait for them to show at retail (and then fight for them) or buy a full set from an online retailer, which would leave me with an extra D and Cube and a cloaked Romulan Bird of Prey that I don't want.

Choices, choices.

Those Asylum ships are pretty sweet. I really need to pick some of them up.

Got my stuff from BBTS today. They goofed and sent me the future Ent-D, which is very much in my favor. It'll be easier to offload the extra one when I buy a full set, which is probably what I'll have to do to get Voyager.

You'll all flip when you see how huge the Enterprise D is. I was expecting it to be about the same size as the Enterprise A they put out in the last series, but it's much bigger than I thought it would be.

Oh yeah, Amazon has the Next Gen Riker and Worf available. I picked up Thomas Riker for $13, which is the best price I've seen for him. Now I hope they get it right and don't send me a Will Riker.  ;)

That's a work of art. If I had a high end collection, that would be in it.

Those are really nice.  I'd love to own one, but it ain't going to happen shy of a lottery win.

Newforcecomics.com has a bunch of the SDCC stuff up for sale.  I picked up the "Mirror, Mirror" five pack, the con exclusive Preview Kirk with Chair and pre-ordered the Locutus.  I'll have to backtrack for a few figures including the mirror Spock and Kirk and I think I'll have to track down the mirror Scotty as well, but a quick look on ebay had them cheaper than Newforce did.
