Obviously I want the AFC to win and I am firmly behind the Steelers :-*

You called it.  He was good last week but never seemed into this game... even before he 'hurt' his knee.

cutler (v) ..
1. To half ass things
2. To not care
3. To let your team down at the biggest game of the year
4. To stare off into space like a moron
5. When used in a sentence...Dude, did you see Steve at work today. He really went cutler on that sales deal.

That was a good game...  I'm disappointed, but the Steelers played great for a team that's basically patchworked together on the offensive line and in the secondary, though I think some of the play calling was dismal too (particularly the first two turnover plays).  I was honestly surprised they even made it to the Superbowl though, I didn't have a lot of expectations for that when things started this season.

The Packers played great, Rodgers was pretty good, and the turnovers wound up being huge.  Hard to hate Greenbay too...  They were cool to play against and I like their team's style obviously since it's so similar.  If there's a season next year I think both teams will do well if they're healthy.  It was a good game.

I'm still disappointed, but I've seen 2 Super Bow losses and 2 wins now as an adult.  I can't really sit and pout over that.  Way to go Packers.

Great game. Loved the near comeback by the Steelers (even though I was sorta rooting for Green Bay) and it was close until the very end. Turnovers basically killed the Steelers, although the Packers were sputtering on offense for a while there. At least Green Bay can finally wipe the Favre stink from their shoes.

Awful Halftime Show and commercials though. The commercials weren't bad, just dull. I did enjoy the movie trailers, the little kid dressed as Vader, and the Doritos (finger-licker guy and the Doritos crumbs that restore life). Everything else was just unforgettable. What was up with all the Eminem? Worst Halftime Show ever? Fergie was obviously wasted and I thought she was about to go down on Slash.

What a terrific game.  Those turnovers made all the difference.  I didn't understand the Packers deferring after the coin toss, but that completely worked in their favor as well.  If you can get out to a lead early AND start with the ball in the second half, you're going to be in a better position to win it.  I think if the Steelers had gotten points off that first series though it would have been a very different game.  Thrilling to the end and obviously I'm happy with the win!

Halftime show and commercials were definitely so-so this year.  I liked the Vader-kid commercial and the ad for the new Volkswagon Bug, but I had seen those before.  The Doritos ad where the guy is asking for everyone's leftovers was the only really memorable one for me.  I thought the Black Eyed Peas were okay.  Not my favorite band, but the lights and choreography were cool to watch.

I'm certainly no head coach, but if I was one, and I had confidence in my defense, I'd defer regularly - especially in the Superbowl, where nerves are bound to be an issue particularly at the beginning of the game.

Yeah the Steelers deferred a lot in the regular season and it sometimes looked like a stroke of genius, and other times it just looked like a good enough idea.  It's really a defensive move though.

The ads were horrible this year, and really the only one I or anyone else at my place remembered was the Vader Kid...  And not even cause the Star Wars theme of it.  It was just funny.  I thought most of them were dismal.  I didn't pay attention to the half-time show much other than I love looking at sex machine Fergie.

I didn't watch the Vader kid commercial, but knew there was something with VW and SW going to go on, so I was kind of surprised by it and how funny it was.  It was like avoiding spoilers before a prequal.
