I couldn't discern that from Hasbro's response either.  The way it was phrased I would think Bespin Gown, especially since that figure was part of the original vintage line.  But personally I would prefer a new Bespin Escape / Carbon Freeze Chamber Leia.  The POTJ figure is totally dated, especially with the pre-posed nature of that figure.

Agreed, I'd much rather have the Bespin escape version. She doesn't really do anything in the gown.

The TVC Hoth Leia would be a good starting point for a new Bespin Escape Leia.  As for the card art?  I'd like to see this:

ALso, either Kitster and Wald are coming this year or never. I'd say never.  :-\

I would rather have a nice ANH Leia.  They have never really made of those that has satisfied me.  I agree a Leia Bespin Escape is preferred over Leia Bespin Gown.  However, I will buy her for that cardback being partial to anything on an OT cardback :)

I'd like to see a Bespin Escape Leia in the Vintage line... save the Dinner Gown resculpt for if they ever decide to bring back the Evolutions sets (preferably with Yavin Ceremony, Bespin Gown and Ewok Gown Leias)

As for the rest... can't begin to tell you how excited I am for Tarkin

coupel weeks ago I was playing the sarlac battle, and was telling the old lady that I would like a new Skiff lando and Jedi luke, then the Q&A said we were getiing essentially that with the deleted scene figures, then when I told her about that coincidink, she asked who else I would like to see and I responded with Tarken and Bespin leie now they are announced..so if this spell is still working, should I pontificate a Tonnika sister with her?

Apparently we're in for some realistic-styled TCW figures! ;D

Quote
Q2)  And any chance/thought of Hasbro doing figures of Pre-Visla, Cad Bane, Asoka, Hondo, Embo, or any of the other "Clone Wars" characters in the more realistic saga or vintage styles?

A2)  Yep, you asked for it, you got it.  A handful of core Clone Wars figures are planned for the Vintage Collection line in 2012.  Stay tuned for more information!
