That's certainly not going to make the price on basic figs come down any.  Might be neat though!

New Vos coming

That is a pretty novel concept for a Forum to use folks real names.  Wonder if it will catch on.....

I don't care for Vos.  Hasbro must think we want him more over some more important updates (Hoth Luke comes to mind)

2)  Since you asked so directly it's only fair to respond with a direct answer.

Is there some turn-around in how Hasbro is doing their Q&As?

What about the 'mini' Salacious and Mouse Droid figures from the SDCC Exclusive Revenge Wheel? Maybe the are actually a part fo the numbering system? But that would still only account for 2 out of 3 of the extra open spots...

As it turns out, Ryan was spot-on....

From the description on HTS re: the Death Star Revenge of the Jedi set:

VC66 SALACIOUS CRUMB - exclusive to the Death Star
VC67 MOUSE DROID - exclusive to the Death Star

So those two little guys are indeed part of the numbering system.

And since they are part of the numbering system, I'd bet good money that they will turn up again in some fashion. Perhaps not as part of the Revenge Death Star set, but perhaps as a different exclusive for another show. New York Comic Con perhaps?

Maybe a 2-pack deal like they did with the Vintage Kenner deco 4-LOM and Zuckass. Only this time, have the two little guys on "Return of the Jedi" cardbacks.

Just a thought...

Because it affects the numbering you mean?

Yeah I figured that'd annoy a LOT of folks.  Maybe Pete's right though?

I've never really cared about the numbering stuff like other folks do, I just tear into stuff, but I can see where that's a thorn.

Yes. Why not offer those 2 special numbers like they did for the Exclusive 4-LOM/Zuckuss (VCP01 and VCP02) and the Mailaway Fett (VCP03)?

I agree, that's something so completely unnecessary to do...  Just give an exclusive numbering to them, or simply don't even count them at all.

I'm actually surprised/shocked, that these two little guys aren't VCP04 and VCP05 - that's what they should be - with the White Outfit Fett being VCP06.

Otherwise, what is the point of the VCP## designations?

This is going to be one of those situations where the holes in numbers of folks' collections is going to push them in the direction of making some more of the vintage carded Mouse Droid and Salacious Crumb.

One of the things that leads me to believe that this will happen is that I had always thought that Endor Han, Slave Leia, TIE Fighter Pilot and B-Wing Pilot were all going to be released on "Revenge of the Jedi" cardbacks in the Wave 8 assortments.

But based on the panel and some news I read on various sites, unless I misunderstood, it looks like if you find a B-Wing pilot case (for example), you have just as much chance of getting him on a "Return of the Jedi" cardback as you do getting him on a "Revenge of the Jedi" cardback. So if you can get Leia, Endor Han, TIE Pilot and B-Wing Pilot on "Return" cards, why not have an outlet for getting the Mouse Droid and Salacious Crumb on "Return" cards?
