I'm beyond sick of Meta World Peace's (  ::) ) antics.

Can we just suspend that jagoff for the rest of the year?

It has been tried on him already.

Somehow I got through the entire day without hearing a single mention of the irony of "World Peace" being written on the back of his jersey.

That is just too good to be true.

Watching reruns of the 2004 "Malice at the Palace" event hosted by Ron Artest which was the greatest brawl in sports history.

So who will be meeting the Heat in the Finals now?  ;)

Sucks when all playoff suspense is eliminated on the first day of the playoffs after 2 games and one freak injury.

Obviously it won't be the Jazz.

So it's Lakers/OKC/or San Antonio vs. the Heat.

I will not be able to stomach LeBron winning a championship.  Someone needs to stop this.  It won't be the East most likely, so probably Durant and Westbrook are our only shot.

Agreed on all counts.  If by some Miracle the Mavs get back this year, they won't be able to stop Miami again.

OKC is our best hope.

That's really too bad. I hope that this is some kind of mistake and that he isn't guilty of anything that division could be investigating. Andersen, while always a bit annoying, was kind of a feel good story since his comeback. It seemed like he was really trying to turn his life around. More than that obviously I'd hope this isn't true for the sake of any children potentially involved in all of this.

It would be pretty disgusting and vile if any of the possible allegations against him are true. As it stands the whole situation is really disappointing.

"This is the way."

Or just an injury to Chris Bosh.  No Bosh, no title.

Miami doesn't need Bosh to win the East, but they will need him to win the Championship. I think he is supposed to be back by then.

I am rooting HARD for OKC right now. For the past 15 years ago it has become a tradition that I cannot officially start watching the NBA playoffs until the Lakers are eliminated.

Once those sh*tbags are out of the conversation, I can enjoy the games.  :)

Uh, I think Indiana is actually going to take care of Miami right now.

Agreed.  It's obvious that Wade is hurting, Bosh is out, Rio (who played GREAT last night) messed up his wrist, and their shooters can't throw it in the ocean right now.  LeBron is awesome, but he can't do it alone.
I think the Spurs win the title.  And, if by some miracle they get beat, whoever beats them (I'm looking at you, OKC) will win it all.  The East doesn't have a chance at this point.
Here's to 2013.  I guess.

Mad love to the OKC Thunder for ousting the hated Fakers. Now it's time for some basketball!

Thunder/Spurs is going to be a helluva series. That is your real Finals right there.

I blame the media for making everyone think the Pacers had a shot and Wade was on his last legs. Neither of those things appear to be remotely true.

Just hope we get Boston/Heatles again because the prepubescent Sixers will just be happy to be there and not give them much of a fight.
