THe Maul on Sith speeder...the one in the Legacy battle pack that TRU can't get rid of even with the occassional $13 sale.  :P

Hasbro still thinks some the 1999 molds hold up well. I do, too...which is why there's no need to buy them again.  ;)

I saw the Geonosis Battle Pack box at Galactic hunter...looks like more terrible molds return! On that box there's a small image for the Rebel Heroes one with what looks like the 2006 Han Solo....yes, the COMM-TECH mold returns!  ::)

The 3D glasses part is a brilliant marketing move, if you have them on, it almost makes this junk look good. (Nothing can make the packaging look good.)

Some Republic Clone Trooper set with what looks like the bomb squad clone, and 2 others, not sure its Clone Wars or not.

The display 501st trooper has a super sized helmet...hope that's not the final product.

I forget they were even making Nom Anor.

^^ That's cool because JD always posts detailed pics of stuff like articulation that you never get from the other sites. I always attributed that to Jesse James' articulation fetish. :P

Anyway, I'm pretty insulted by those battle packs and Sith 2-packs. Mainly the Battle Packs. I haven't bought a BP in years, but that Geonosis set is just unacceptable. There is no excuse for a BP with a Jango and an Obi-Wan sculpted in 2002 to be released in the year 2012. The 2 packs aren't as bad, but they're still going to clog pegs. Were they store exclusives or not?

That DST...  Wow.  Lots of potential there.

Scott, you may get your wish on that one because I'm thinking repaint is inevitable.  He even has the code things in his pockets, which the Death Squad Commander had (not so sure on the grunts having those).

The Luke has the face/hat scultped together on this one.  The giant scarf is removable as well as the goggles.

I will try to engage someone tomorrow to see if he is scarred or not.

"Imperial Navy Commander"?  What are the chances they pack him with an alternate hat like they did the RFT so they can card him like the Kenner Imperial Commander?  Though that looked like Veers on that old Kenner card, it would be super-cool if we get the regular Navy hat with him too.  Even more army building potential that way...

Yeah I'm really geeked to (hopefully) get a hat with him.  Like their 12" figure was, ultimately.

Cracken was demoted to Colonel.

Why do the Dewback and droid fighter say 2 of 2 and 1 of 2? Exclusives?

The under the cloth Battle Droids has a game stand...hopefully an Episode 1 battle droid 2-pack is coming. If it's not a two-pack...then  >:(

Yes. Everything on that shelf is an exclusive.

I don't know why they didn't do a new Anakin on the card with his Naboo Helmet and Pod race Helmet, but instead used the POTJ sculpt with new accessories in BP and a Vader 2-pack
.
