Most of the Targets here in MN appear to be a mixed bag so far.  A few got hit with Wave 9 boxes after the purge, but others have received more Wave 5 after the purge instead.

Targets on my side of town are still empty... I'm really hoping I get lucky enough to see the Wave 9 box and not more Wave 5.

my ideal attack for Hasbro moving forward would be too just go with the VC# 45 sculpt, and pack in both a Phase 1 and a Phase 2 helmet.  Really doubt we'll see that ever happen though.

Hasbro is on the record saying that the two-helmet style approach would really only be considered for Commanders, like they did for Commander Fordo er I mean 'ARC TRooper Commander' in Wave 7.  He was a VC45 with the two different helmets.   I can see them going that route for a realistic CW Captain Rex with both a phase 1 and 2 helmet maybe, but you're right - probably not for the basic grunts.

Yeah, Cody was put into their heads intentionally by us as well, just incase they do a realistic Cody with a little retooling.  It'd be neat to get both the helmets and extra stuff.

Nothing has happened here so far, but I sure hope it does soon.  Both Target and WM are pretty full of the usual suspects - although WM does have all that Wave 5 (?) stuff from the Blu Ray shipper jammed in with the rest as well now.  TRU doesn't have all that much on the pegs - and honestly isn't too full of pegwarmers aside from a couple each of 4-LOM and Dengar.  I've actually seen Wave 6 there a couple times now.

Unfortunately the Targets all around here are now stocking Wave 5 again.  Dangit.

Reports around my area have been wave 9 sightings so I'm hopeful I'll find some myself.  So far nothing at wm tho just target.

For those that are seeing wave 5, are you getting the corrected Stormtrooper helmet, or the ****** one?

The bad helmet, and they are green.

The Utapau helmets are green as well.

This sounds like stuff just in Target's own clogged pipelines to me... Odd.  Hopefully it's limited to only certain distribution centers or something.

Of course you never know...  I've seen wave 4, 5, and 6 all overlap one another at Target and Wal-Mart both.

Yeah, let's hope it's just that. I want like a million of the new Stormies (with corrected helmets).

Most recently I've been seeing the crappy helmet.  I managed to score a couple with the good helmets, but I got those months ago.

Just my personal opinion here, but I think that this is the best removable helmet Stormtrooper to date.  I really wish they'd go with that version instead... or even go with that helmet minus the accessories.

I always thought that as well.  The Spacetrooper is actually my favorite Stormtrooper overall.

Love the "Spacetrooper".  Stocked up on him when I could.

I'm a spacetrooper fan myself. The only thing holding me back on the latest is the aesthetics of the hip joints.
