I know personly I plan to pick up one of each of these.  I do really like all of gg stuff.  I got really hocked after I bought my sandtrooper on dewback.

I actually picked up Grevious last week.  I am on the fence about this one.  They could have done so much with the pose but opted for this lame one.  The arms are not attached so you have to do that yourself and I am not so sure that the heavy left arm (with the saber) will stay in the hole forever.  It certainly wasn't a tight fit by any means and I am waiting to see if it will start to slip out.  It does look cool with the other figures but I wish they would have used a more "dynamic" pose.  I'll take some pictures this weekend and post.

Strange pose, indeed.  He looks like he's asking for permission to go to the bathroom.   ;)

Just got two quick pictures up of all Maquette's released to date and then Padme and Grevious.  His arm still is in his socket good-hope it stays that way. :P

Scroll down the home page for the Maquette photo book:

Well,  my Bariss Offee and Luminari Unduli (spelling is probably off) have shipped from sws.com.  I forgot I even ordered this one from them.  I sure paid way more than I would have elsewhere but at least it is on it's way.  I still have to order Anakin from someplace.  I'll post pictures with a review this weekend (if it arrives by Friday like Fedex states).

Wow...just unpacked my figure last night and it is by far the best of the bunch!  This thing is much larger than the other ones released and the detailing on the facial paint is fantastic.  I'll have pictures posted tonight and drop a line in here when I do.  It was well worth the extra cash I ended up paying and now I have to track down an Anakin to make this collection complete.

Have you people seen this giant Yoda coming from GG?

Size Matters Not?

Sites not updated but should be soon, they list this thing as 2 feet tall!  :o

Most wanted collectibles has it listed for $349.99.

So is this all the maquettes so far:

Assajj Ventress
General Obi-Wan
ARC Trooper
Yoda
Padme
General Grevious
Anakin
Luminaria and Barriss (sp?)

Not counting the two foot tall Yoda, of course. Is that all? Are there any plans for more at this point? The only one I'm missing is the stupid Padme, since they changed it to an exclusive and I didn't know until it was too late >:(

I was wondering the same thing about this line.  I haven't read anywhere that they are doing more.  I really have to order Anakin before it is too late.

PS:  I never knew Padme was an exclusive??!!  I think I ordered mine from starwarsshop.com so I assume that was the only place to get it?

Yeah, I know.... she sat at my house for a few weeks before I shipped it out. I should have told you it was broken and just kept it  :P

Originally, Padme was solicited just like all the others, through Diamond Comics and GG direct. Somewhere along the way, it was changed over to a SWS.com exclusive. A buddy of mine owns a comic shop, and gets me all my GG stuff, and I had no idea they had switched it over to an exclusive. Then one day I find out AFTER it had sold  out and started shipping, and was too late. No way I'm paying $500 for it on ebay now.

bigbadtoystore.com has the Maquette's on sale right now for 20% off retail.  My collection is complete so far on these.  I'm not sure about the 2' tall Yoda.  I think it will be a bit too much for my wallet to handle.
