Pass.  GG barely has me onboard with the animated maquette concept, and then they throw in chase versions?  Unless someone wants to use my Premier Guild membership for this, I'm not even entering the raffle.

Any sources for pre-orders on promotional AP versions of these maquettes?

I'd always sort of assumed it was a crap shoot to get AP versions.  Am I mistaken to think the first 10 or so are usually APs and the rest are just sequentially numbered from there?

I guess my answer means you're on a whole other level of collecting from where I am.

I believe 50 AP (or 'promo' or 'proof') examples were produced for each maquette.  I got into collecting these because I've found the paint applications to be superior in the promo versions.  The limited number produced just makes them that much more collectible in my opinion.  I need only an Asajj and Padme promos to be complete, but I wanted to get a head start on the Yoda on Kybuck and Windu.

I have seen an Assaj AP up on ebay. Not sure if that helps you though.

Bummer.

I'm only wanting to get the Vader really, as I already have the Fett and Leia/R2 in my possession.  I just thought the Fett would be the best bet as trade bait in case I don't win the Vader.

Any thoughts as to how many CC members there are now?  Aside from a lot more than prior to announcing the Clone Commander busts ::)  1000?  5000?  20000?

Beats the poop out of me, but since I registered over there for the Clone Busts and ponied up the $50 - I also threw my name into the hat for the Fett Bust... even if I didn't keep it I'm sure I could find a home for it.

But I didn't get an email one way or the other saying I didn't win the raffle...

How'd you guys find out?

How'd you guys find out?

Email notification around lunch today.

Congrats BF77, nice to see someone win one.  I'm always exceptionally paranoid on these things that they aren't really happening and then some seller shows up on ebay with 22 of the things.  This gives me hope that regular folks win too.
