Two rumors addressed:

PlayStation 4 does not require an internet connection

PlayStation 4 will not block used games

The used game issue was a big one, IMO.  I don't buy a ton of used games, but I sell pretty much every game after I'm finished with it.

Diddly:
So far I like what I see (read?) and I'll wait until we get a price point and info on backwards compatibility before I decide to bite. Although I'm probably sold based just on the new Bungie game Destiny.

BillCable:
Backward compatibility is going to be handled through cloud computing.  Basically if you want to play a PS2 game you go into the library on the cloud and a remote server does all the computing.  They haven't disclosed price or if you'll be able to register games you already own.

Great, more tracking of consumer behavior.  What if I just want to play my games and have the hardware I purchase do it?  Blech.
