I skipped the Firefly figures but love the BTTF figures.  I got the chrome and regular T-800's this week, also the Sloth figure with the Superman emblem on his chest.

I love this line.

I picked up 4/6 Terminator figures at TRU today, no sign of Reese or Sarah. I asked and that was all they got so not sure about the case assortments there. Great figures though, really enjoying these.

What is the significance of the 2 different color T-800s? One is vacmetal, the other is painted silver.

I don't collect these but saw x2 vac metal erminators on the pegs on Saturday.  I believe 2 silver as well.  Looked like a single case.

I ordered one of each.

My Chrome one has joints so loose I can't get it to stand up.  All the other figures I've gotten so far are fine, as is the non-chrome T-800.

Does the chromed one feel the same?  I'm just curious...  I'm guessing not and it's all rigid plastic.  Kinda weird, and destined (like the original kenner 3PO) to not last, haha.

They're both pretty rigid.

The chrome one is a little lighter in weight maybe.

Looks like Alien Series 2 is up for pre-order at EE.  Other places will follow, I'm sure.

- Metallic Alien
- Spacesuit Ripley
- Kane with Facehugger
- Kane with Chestburster

Kane with Chestburster

ReAction can do this but Hasbro won't touch crispy Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru... or even Funeral Padme.

To be fair, chestburster looks terrible.  I got series one, but will probably just get half of these.

To me, these toys aren't exactly supposed to look good.

That said, the Chestburster isn't the best, I'd agree.

I do love the Facehugger though.

Those all look fantastic to me. I have all the new sculpts from the SDCC blind bagged eggs and they are terrific. I really like the Chestburster Kane, but the Facehugger looks ever better. The new Alien is very reminiscent of the classic Kenner version.

Saw a bunch of the ReAction figures at TRU yesterday again, I hope they are selling well. I picked up another Tan Coat Snake Plissken for openers.

I've got shipping notices on Freddy, Jason, Pinhead, and Michael Meyers.

Also the rest of the Goonies are supposed to be here Monday.

Those are the ones I have been most excited about.

Lastly, they sent me a fancy certificate showing that I'd pre-ordered the egg chamber.

I saw some of these in TRU yesterday.  But what I found were both versions of Snake Plisken from Escape from New York and a couple of different Terminator figures.  I had no idea ReAction was doing these, too.
