I'm not a fan of the chest burster either, but the facehugger's nifty.  The Microman Aliens actually have a wrapped up Facehugger available that's more realistic though so I may not buy Kane ultimately.  The new Hiya Toys have a realistic Facehugger running too...  That thing may be the scariest aspect of aliens.

The Ripley in Space Suit I may nab.  She'll look cool with the Kane figure.  Wish I had the others that were at SDCC.  The color variety looks good, and that figure (articulation aside) looks sharp just chilling with Star Wars guys for some reason.

Target stores are adding a new collectibles end cap and they have things like the Funko Pop! vinyl stuff, blind-boxed Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, and Marvel bobble heads and some ReAction figures.  Mine had only 3 when I found them last night; all Back to the Future stuff and just Marty.  I've seen some pics online of other properties.  Was hoping for a mix, get some Alien and Rocketeer maybe.

Anyway, be on the lookout.

Has anyone seen the Predator figs at retail yet? I know they are ready because eBay sellers have them up...

My Amazon pre-order on those hasn't shipped yet.  Other than a few of the Universal Monsters, the Predator set is just about all I'm still missing from that initial order I placed.

Oddly enough, Amazon decided to send me the chase versions of the Creature From the Black Lagoon and The Mummy.

Here's what I've got going on so far... I skipped Firefly, because I couldn't care less... skipped Pulp Fiction (for now) and skipped Nightmare Before Christmas, because they looked like normal NBC toys to me... I still have some Twilight Zone figures to pick up, and I think I want to go ahead and get Ghostface, but other than that I think I'm done until new ones start showing up.

Barnes and Noble had a big new display stand up today with the various lines in there - BTTF, Escape From New York, Firefly, Nightmare Before Christmas, and for the first time I have seen on pegs - the Universal Monsters and Horror figures. It was hard to choose between those last two but I ended up going with the Monsters. Between 3 stores I was able to pick up 7/8 of the figures, but no one had the Invisible Man. :(

I'll probably go back and get the Horror figures soon enough, they were pretty damn cool too.

They did, you just couldn't see him.   ;D 8)

Not sure if this is news, but I have been seeing these figs at Targets and WalMarts, usually near the trading card sections they keep near the registers.
