I finally opened my Aliens, Terminator, and Predator figures.  I was second guessing these all along, but I like them a lot more opened up.  They hold their weapons well and are really a nice match to the old Kenner SW figures.  Still not getting a lot of them, but I'll likely snag anything new from Terminator/Aliens/Predator.

Nice.

I'm fully hooked on these... I'm not buying every line, but anything that I loved as a kid and some things that I'm just into now, I'm game for.  I got the Karate Kid figures on Saturday, and they're pretty great.

These pictures are a few weeks old, but here's where I was at:

That's an impressive array there, Rob...well done.

I saw the Karate Kid figures for the first time yesterday at TRU. Not anything I'd consider picking up, but they looked pretty decent.

I had no idea there were so many of these!  Funko has built up a nice little business with these.

I second the kudos on the collection Rob. I'm a big fan of these figures as well, although I've only picked up the Alien figures. Been eyeing the BTILC figs, but haven't pulled the trigger. Did pre-order the rival line Flash Gordon figures, though.

If anyone is looking for extra Alien figures, there are a few guys on Ebay selling 5-packs for $20.  I just got mine on Friday and they quickly infested my Reaction display.

That's crazy... initially those Alien figures were going to be some rare thing... I paid $100 for a set.  Should have just waited.

I think Jman meant just the Alien itself sold in groups from China, but yeah those ones seemed to be the ones that flourished on the Asian market.  I got most of mine there, actually, though the dude in the space suit never saw the backdoor sales from China like that, and he's who I'd have bought probably a dozen of if I had seen him cheap like that.  Love Kane in the space suit!  He looks good even in modern scenes unmodified.

Right.  When I heard 5 pack I assumed he meant the 5 figures from the original 5 pack.

5 aliens for $18.99 shipped (they dropped it another dollar, just looked) is tempting.  It would be fun to have a few extras at that price.

Sorry if that was confusing.  It's the five alien figures for about $20 + Free shipping or you can buy them individual for $3 + $3 shipping.  At $4 each I couldn't resist getting a five pack to harass the crew.  I set them up with the G.I. Joe R.H.I.N.O to represent the M577 Armored Personnel Carrier from Aliens.  Just need some Colonial Marines now!

Locals Meijer stores ordered Buffy cases, one store probably had 20 figures of Buffy herself. Why that series?

I saw the Taxi Driver figure at TRU yesterday. Of all their properties, I just don't get this one. Just doesn't seem worth the effort for one figure.
