Han... Solo.

Cool trailer, but apparently being a Hero of the Rebellion doesn't equate to earning much money.  Han is still wearing the same outfit 30 years later.  ;)  The Force.  It surrounds us, binds the fibers of the vest.  One size fits all. Never buy another.

As for Han's "We're home."  If rumors are correct it's not going to be a happy homecoming.

From opening to end that was a neat trailer.  New movie anxiety is at all time high for me. :)

I've been staying spoiler free and am happy to say that even with the two teaser trailers I still don't know a lot about the plot or the characters.  The visuals have been great and I'm really excited by what I've see thus far.  I seriously think my sons and I will be spending every day of Christmas break at the movie theater!

Anyone else notice the "concept Snowtrooper" has a jetpack?

It looks like that shuttle (cool shuttle and new Star Destroyer BTW), is being escorted by skipray blast boats!

Also, sounds like a little of the new score in there as well.

After the 40th time... Watching this without sound reveals more.

The handoff of the lightsaber is from a non-human person with very human like hands.
The TIE fighters have "reversed colors", dark hull, light solar panels.
The Imperial outdoor base is on a winter world, or in a winter season.
The crashed ship at the end, which the Falcon and TIE fighters fly into may be an upside down super star destroyer.
When Rey and Finn are running from the TIE fighter, Finn seems to be wearing a jacket over his stormtrooper unitard suit.

Thanks!  That shot of the shuttles and Star Destroyer is now on my desktop!!!

Jakku seems very reminiscent of Tatooine.  Perhaps even more desolate.  And the crashed X-Wing and Star Destroyer?  Fantastic images.  The dogfight sequence between the TIE Fighter and Falcon flying through that wrecked starship is pretty amazing stuff, too.

I really enjoyed the voiceover aspect of the trailer that echoed Lukes monologue from ROTJ.  The recovered helmet of Darth Vader from his funeral pyre seems almost like an object of worship on that pedestal.  The cloaked figure of Luke sitting beside a campfire with R2-D2 leaves you wondering about whether or not the Jedi have truly returned in this post Empire era.  And the mystery of what was once both Anakin and Luke's lightsaber?  The voiceover definitely led me to believe that was Leia who receiving the lightsaber, and the ring and clothing make me think that as well.

And the flight of X-Wings?  The terrain almost made me think of Yavin IV.  Contrast that with that snowy First Order base that looks like something that could have been directed by Leni Riefenstahl.

Didn't get a chance to come post until today, but I've probably watched this a dozen times or more already.  So excited.  I'll admit that I was excited each time a new trailer for one of the prequels came out as well, but this feels different.  It is likely the direct connection to the OT-era and characters (ok, definitely), but I'm excited for this new group they are setting up as well.  I love how things are familiar, yet updated, with the vehicles, troopers, etc.  As nerdy as it sounds, I got goosebumps and nearly teared up with Han's "Chewie, we're home" line.  Just can't wait.

I love this (flying through the air) guy, and want to write his backstory.

Best part about that shot (and so many others) is the only CGI in that shot are the TIE fighters.

Not in my Star Wars!

In mine, his dad worked in a speeder factory...  Union job.  His mom was a home maker.  He left to join the empire after he graduated high school because he thought he'd turn that around into an education afterwards since they'd cover some of his tuition.  He liked bluemilk smoothies, and was a big fan of a band called Skazz and the Funkals.  He had a girlfriend, but she was cheating on him while he was on deployment with a Gotal kid whose dad owned an importing business on Dovas III.  He'd only find out in a Dear John letter a month after this incident pictured above.  One time, he wrecked his dad's brand new speeder, and blamed it on a neighbor kid and got that kid into big trouble.

The only remarkable thing about him is he didn't die from this awesome still shot, but he had a permanent disability.  He had to take a clerical position thereafter, and was pretty happy to do so because he got f'n blown up.  He realized he'd not be re-upping as soon as his time was up.

That's his story.  He's just a dude.  A dude who got blown up, and made for a pretty awesome still shot in a Star Wars movie.
