2015 Hasbro 6" Fans' Choice Poll Discussion

So where does C-3PO fit in everyone else's plan?  He seems like a no brainer to me so I don't think I'll include him for this exercise.

It will be interesting how obscure other sites go as well, I imagine ours might have a few surprises on it

My list is more of personal wants, and was actually kind of hard to put together. I'll probably revise it a few times before the deadline. That was the main dilemma for me, do I use a vote on a main character that WILL be made or waste it on a minor character that won't?

As for 3PO, the Revoltech version is working fine for me.

I'd dare say if you don't like Revoltechs you could do very well with Bandai's...  That type of stuff would weigh on my C-3P0 ( ) decisions. 

I've got a list for sure...  Tarkin and RFT would be on mine obviously, as would a basic Rebel Pilot like Wedge maybe, but also I'd say a Hoth or Endor Rebel could both be equally awesome in my list.

I figured that C-3PO is coming soon enough.  I wasn't going to waste a vote there.  And there are some more fringe characters that I'd like to see made, too.

I see a lot of people on twitter saying they are voting for Ahsoka...  didn't they already announce she's coming to the 6" line in 2016?

I totally forgot about the 6" Ahsoka until your post jogged my memory.  The prototype got shown at Celebration, right?  I changed my Ahsoka vote to one for Grievous.

Seems like the best idea would be to simply vote for a character that is unlikely to be made otherwise, at least anytime soon. Cantina/Jabba's Palace goons - I'm looking at you!

I understand that logic, McMetal, and I'd be glad for people to get the ones they want.  I'm only getting a few characters I really want and not going all out in this line (since I already have the 4" counterparts)... of course, I still don't know what the cut-off is for me so that's a problem.

I put in votes for the three TESB bounty hunters to round out the set, because I don't know if they're popular enough for Hasbro to do them on their own. When it comes to other characters, I figure if the "man on the street" may recognize them if I showed them a photo, there's no need to vote for them.  Grievous, Jango? They fall into that category.  So I voted for a bunch of female characters that deserve some respect. And Jaxxon...just because I feel the need to keep that name out there....I want him and I don't care what scale.

And I've seen the votes for Ahsoka also and my view is if you're a collector and you don't pay enough attention to know that the ONE reveal Hasbro had at Celebration was her, you don't deserve to vote... I have seen a couple people tack on a Rebels tag for her, but if we're already getting a CW version, which she's more famous for, cut it out.

I agree about the 3 remaining Bounty Hunters.  Especially since Hasbro was asked about them and they said they weren't coming anytime soon.  Sabine would be cool, too.  I put down Carbonite Han since he hasn't had a wide-release yet and some of us weren't able to get the SDCC version when it was put up on HTS and want to get it at a decent price.

Actually, there are some very cool votes on this list.

I see some animosity towards ICMG on Twitter...  WTF?  He never pegwarmed.  I'd love a 6" one.
