Hey now, don't be dissing the Duros.  Ellors Madak was the winner of the very first Fan's Choice Poll (2000).

McQuarrie Stormtrooper didn't win until poll #4 (2002).

I'd forgotten Duros won first...  I was with Steve, I thought it was the McTrooper.

Thanks for the correction, Jeff.  The Duros was cool.  I'd still take a McQuarrie line of 6" figures, though, even if the first one was #4.

Just an update, Hasbro is taking our Top SIX figures, not just five.

Hasbro would like our 1-6 ranked in order, so if there is a tie at any position on the top six list, I will act as the judge for the final order/ranking (so I'm the TIE-breaker).

I am abstaining from posting a 6" wishlist to avoid my vote counting twice.  #transparency

Grumble Grumble...Revan?  Seriously?

Was chatting with someone last night and then Adam Pawlus on twitter - this fan choice poll is a pretty good look at the demographics of the sites.

A place like this, with a lot of collectors who have been around forever = 4 ESB, 2 ANH in our top six.  GH is another example - 3 ROTJ, 2 ANH, 1 EU.

Many newer sites (including some that I've never heard of until today) = lots of CW, EU, prequels.  Podcasting based sites also seem to skew towards EU/CW.

Grumble Grumble...Revan?  Seriously?

Someone pointed me to the JediBusiness 6" poll results - they have Revan (Reborn) at #3 and Revan (NOT Reborn) at #6.  I don't even know what that means...

It's funny how Hasbro does a fun poll for the fans and the results have made the "pulse" rise from several people because they don't like Revan or EU or they are disappointed by the lack of representation from EU and assume all other PT or OT figures are guaranteed to be made.

It's a democracy, enjoy the bone that Hasbro gives us from time to time.
