2015 Droid Factory R2-H15 (Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party)

Just curious which location you shop for your droids when you get them? The reason I ask is that someone on one of the other forums mentioned these were not found at downtown Disney in Anaheim and seemed to conclude these may be in park only at this point. I just did t want you to waste a trip if this was the case, especially since you are doing us a huge favor grabbing one.

Disneyland and Downtown Disney are only fifty yards apart. No big deal going in the World of Disney store and then into the park.

Checked Disneyland, Launch Bay and DTD and no of them had the figure for sale yet. I will check again next week.

However, R2-D60 was back and for sale. No holo R2 or R4-D23 left overs.

As far as I know, Disneyland has never had the D23 droid or the Holographic one. The Holiday droid is apparently super hot right now. People are grabbing them up almost as fast as they are getting put on the shelf.

Maybe, but their isn't even shelf space for them. If there was, the cast members would keep it really stocked. If they know they have a product they will go get it out of the storeroom but since all the cast members I asked didn't know about it, I would assume it hasn't hit Disneyland yet. It might be at WDW. Disney theme park customer service is actually really good compared to retail. They will even hold packages and deliver then to the exit at the end of the day.  I'm going again on friday.

My buddy's in WDW and they didn't have it either.

For Disneyland, there is a rack near the Build A Droid station near the back of the store that has t-shirts that look like those ugly Holiday sweaters. That is where the R2-H15's are located. There are three pegs for them. Not all cast members are super knowledgeable about every piece of merchandise in that store so I totally believe they just didn't know they were there. and like I said, they sell out fast. But I was able to get two on Wednesday.

Thanks to captain Yoda I scored everyone's requests.

I picked the build a droids and 4 packs people requested and all the r2-h15. There are six left. Helps getting here at opening. Got my fastpass for hyperspace mountain. Just say two new stormtroopers talking to the crowds. Nice outfits.  Lots of star wars music playing in the land.
